Tricks

so what is the new tip today ?

Wrap text and what is the purpose of wrap text.

suppose you have many texts

and you put any image and

your text remove automatically with your shape

so let's  start

this was the  file

which i tell you in the last tips class

This is Lion and the mouse story

and here i want to

put some images

and i downloaded this images from

freepik.com

these are vector images so

this lion is looking very cute so i want to put this there on my texts

and i also want to put this mouse also

this is very cute

so anyways simply i am copying this from here

and i am pasting this by pressing control + v here (in this file)

and please put this here for sometimes

and also take this lion also and

this is group so let me ungroup it first

and i am doing ungroup again

yes this i did copy (Control + c )

and paste (control + V) it here

of course this lion is very big so i am decreasing it's size

but i want to put this here

and this mouse let me increase it's size

and want to put this mouse here alright

but see the problem

when i put them here and here

my texts are now hidden behind them

i want this text to move little bit side and how to make them side?

first of all select this image

and go to object menu and then text wrap you have

just go then and click on Make

when you will click on Make

you text will automatically will move from here

so if you see here carefully you will

the outline which shows how much far

distance your text moved

even if i will move lion like this the text will move automatically

adjusting by itself

let keep it this way and i put this here only

and i want it to put little bit more far than current position

see here it is showing in a special distance

and i want it to make this text little bit far

and you can do one thing that again go to object menu and then

text wrap and here you will get

text wrap options just click on it

and just on your preview from here

from here you can increase your value also

so i put 8 points instead of 6 points

don't enter a large point otherwise it will look strange

now i am putting 10 points here

no it is looking more than enough

i think we will put 8 points here

text wrap options and just go for 8 points

same we will do with our mouse

just select it

and then text wrap and click on make

and go to options and check what is showing

i hope same value is coming

here it is showing 6 but let make it 8

see it carefully

sometimes we have to see that

if you are getting some text alone here in the right so

please check it and increase your vector size

so it will adjust it automatically

ok

so

by doing this the text will properly adjust with it

ok

just check overall so that you can adjust it according to it's size

and that's it

and this is very useful and many times

we have to make this type of artworks

and we have to face problems in adjusting the text

we wrap the text by using this

so i hope you will be confident on this

if you want to put the image

and not necessary that you have to use only vector

you can use raster also and you can mask it also

so if you will do clipping mask then it will be useful for this

and 

after masking the raster image it will do the same work

you have to do same process

that is clicking on the text wrap
